DESCRIPTION
Warm blue pigment. Recommended for clients with warm or neutral hair color. Pigment particles are finely dispersed. The pigment is extremely liquid and requires dilution only with a special thinner to adjust the pigment concentration.
HOW TO USE
It can be implanted with greater intensity: fine particles and a warm base will prevent deep penetration of the pigment. It can be mixed with Gray Harbor for a beautiful neutral brown tone.
LASER REACTION
Pigment particles easily fragment and are quickly removed from the skin
